Global Secularism is the concept that government, society and their entities should exist separately from religion. Secularism is not ignoring nor fighting religion, on the contrary it shows respect to religions with a positive neutrality towards them. Secularism is an attitude that fosters cooperation and interaction between religious and human values.

Secularism an important value
Secularism is a human value, it is as important as many values proclaimed in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights such as: freedom, justice, equality, fraternity and peace…Secularism can also be considered as a basic value, it concerns  every Human Being and all the Human Being.
