Protecting children from Conflict
This project aims at safeguarding children's rights
 
Two categories are enrolled in this project
Children aged between 10 & 14 years old:
Every year, 100 children who are out of school will have the chance to learn and improve their reading, writing & calculus skills. They will get introduced to 4 professions through practical exercises. They benefit as well from a psychological follow- up in order to help them overcome their trauma, heal from their psychological wounds; they are given access to creative workshops and different activities where they can express themselves, and discuss their future plans. They are also initiated to citizenship values and civic participation.
Young leaders aged between 15 and 18 years old:
Every year, 60 young people will acquire skills in positive communication and conflict resolution. They participate in designing innovative educational material to raise awareness about conflict mitigation. |
