Bids should be sent to the head office in two sealed envelopes: one for the technical proposal (admin documents mentioned above) and one for the financial proposal (signed and stamped), both included in one sealed envelope that should bear the reference number of the tender (BAD 74-2025), During working hours: Monday to Friday (8:30AM - 3:00PM)
